Floating Food

Vendors arrive at dawn to trade their goods. Loud and fast negotiations take place on rocking boats, tied to each other, creating a sort of docking system. The Pho-bo vendor glides on the water offering its service. Everybody knows everybody. There is a chaotic order and a romantic vibe at the Phong Dien floating market. A visit to one of the best floating markets of the Mekong Delta.

I venditori arrivano all’alba per commerciare i loro prodotti. Negoziazioni rumorose e veloci, prendono luogo sulle dondolanti barche, legate tra di loro per creare una sorta di sistema di attracco. Il venditore di Pho-bo scivola sull’acqua, offrendo il suo servizio. Tutti conoscono tutti. C’è un caos ordinato ed un’atmosfera romantica al mercato galleggiante di Phong Dien. Una visita ad uno dei migliori mercati galleggianti del Delta del Mekong.
